Arsenal vs Olympiakos by FP
Arsenal need to get back on track after a shock defeat away at Dinamo Zagreb in their first group match, and look to have a straightforward opportunity to pick up their first three points. Olympiakos are in good form domestically – since losing 3-0 at home to Bayern Munich in the first group stage match they have won both their league games, beating Giannina 5-1 and Xanthi 3-1. The Champions League is a different matter altogether though and I see Olympiakos finishing bottom of the group. I struggle to see them picking up even one win from their six group games. Bayern and Arsenal look certainties to qualify and Dinamo Zagreb are also a stronger team than Olympiakos, as they showed in upsetting Arsenal in the first match, and should get the Europa League spot by finishing third.
Wilshere will miss out through injury, and Giroud is absent through suspension after being sent off against Zagreb. Walcott looks certain to start, and with Cazorla, Ozil, Sanchez and Ramsey providing the ammunition it will be a long night for Olympiakos. This looks to be an absolute banker at 4/9 with 10bet, I personally would price Arsenal at half of those odds – 2/9 would be a fair return so 4/9 is very generous for what looks a certain winner. Arsenal should score a few goals – Olympiakos have conceded two or more in seven of their last eight Champions League matches.
