Lekhwiya vs Qatar SC by Alexis1016

Lekhwiya comes after a tiring match in the ACL against Saudi team Al Hilal. The Qatari side was eliminated from the competition and they can concentrate on the league now. Seems the coach of Lekhwiya will make some changes, but even so they have a good squad depth. Ghanaian striker Mohammed Muntari (Qatari on the paper) was only on the bench as well the Slovakian winger Weiss, he just returned after injury. So, Lekhwiya have a lot of options up front even if Msakni or Nam Tae-Hee will not start the match. The other foreigner of Lekhwiya is centre-back Chico Flores, who he's very dangerous at set-pieces. He scored against Hilal after a corner.

On the other hand, Qatar SC suffered a big blow in the last round as key central defender from Morocco, Ismail Belmaalem was injured and he will miss at least a month. I think the Qatar SC defense will have problems without him, especially as Lekhwiya are strong in attack. Anyway, Qatar SC have also some quality players in attack like the Tunisia striker Hamdi Harbaoui. In his first season in Qatar he scored 21 goals in 24 games. He started only on the bench in the last round because he had some medical problems in the pre-season, but he's fit as he played in the second half. Also, striker Iajour was brought in the summer to help the attack of Qatar SC.

We have two teams with quality players in attack and I expect a goals galore here.pin
