Man. United vs Liverpool by Kamlesh

Manchester United finally suffered defeat and it came against Swansea City last week on away ground. After four games played, the Red Devils have won twice, drew once and lost once. Despite spending a colossal sum of money in the transfer market, the team is underperforming and has been lucky in some of their games. Phil Jones (0/0 d) and Pereira (0/0 m) will miss out.

Liverpool suffered humiliation at Anfield Road against West Ham last week as they succumbed to defeat by a score of 0-3. The defence looks horrible and the attack is not efficient enough. They are pretty much in the same situation as Man Utd with two victories, one draw and one defeat in four games played so far and they have also been lucky in some of their games. Lallana (2/0 m) and Henderson (2/0 m) are doubtful to play while Coutinho (4/1 m) is suspended. Flanagan (0/0 d), Allen (0/0 m) and Sturridge (0/0 f) will miss out.

The performances of both teams have not been convincing in recent games played in the Premier League. The defence also has been shaky at the back and the last three encounters between these two teams have ended with at least three or more goals. Both teams rely on an attacking style of play and as such, I expect a high scoring game, especially since the defence does not seem to be reliable.
