Wales vs Israel by Hassy

After a close fought win in Cyprus Wales are on the verge of making history. Wales could clinch Euro 2016 qualification with a win over Israel and finally overcome the hoodoo of 1958; the last time the small country qualified for a major tournament.

Wales boast a number of quality players in the side who mainly play in the Premier League so their qualification above Belgium shouldn't come as a total surprise. Players like Ramsey, Williams, Allen and King form a solid spine but the one stand out man, the true star of the show is Gareth Bale.

Having started his international career as a left-back, Bale has moved further forward and has hit 15 goals in the last 24 games since 2011. B

In this campaign Bale has scored in 4 out of 7 Wales' qualification games and only Robert Lewandowski has scored more Euro 2016 qualifying goals than Bale's six. What is more eye catching is that Bale seems to save his goals for the big games when it really matters. Like a true big game player he has been the saviour a few times already having netted the winning goals against Andorra (2), Belgium and he has two against Israel already.

Bales has 4 goals in his last 3 games for Wales and I will be happy to go ahead with him scoring another today.

Good Luck!
