Wales vs Israel by Peter

It's the 8th round in the Group B of the Euro 2016 Qualifiers. 1st place, Wales receives the visit of the 3rd place, Israel.

Wales has an amazing campaign in this qualifiers, they are the leaders of group B and they didn't lost. In 7 matches played they managed to win 5, made 2 draws and didn't lose. They managed to score 9 goals and received only 2 goals.

Israel had a good campaign start managing to win first 3 matches but after that they lost the next 3 matches, finally they managed to win again, 3 days ago with 4-0 at home against Andorra. In 7 matches played they managed to win 4, made no draws and lost 3. They managed to score 14 goals and received 9 goals.

Wales is already qualified at Euro 2016, as they have 17 points, and second place Belgium has 14, and third place Israel has 12 points. They have the results advantage in front of Belgium and an easier schedule.

Also I don't see Israel losing the 3rd place, they have 3 points ahead of Cyprus and 4 points ahead of Bosnia-Herzegovina, also they won with 2-1 in Cyprus and the upcoming match will be at home against Cyprus and also have beter direct result against Bosnia-Herzegovina. So I really don't see them losing third place.

Israel isn't a defending team, they try to play football, no matter the result.

I believe that Israel will come to Wales to play football and try to score some goals.

Israel played 3 matches away in this campaign, and in 2 of them there was over 2.5 goals in the first half and in one of them over 1.5 goals in the first half.

Also I'm seeing Wales here to try offer a show to their fans, as they only scored 3 goals at home in 3

I kind of agree with this Peter. I've tipped a Wales victory and fancy a quick start to the game. Good luck mate.

@ Thanks Shibby, I don't know why but I'm expecting Israel to score first, it's probably because of what Maccabi Tel Aviv did at Basel :) But anyway, I believe that it will be an interested match to watch :)

Mmm I think Wales 1-0 or 0-0. Waste your money if you bet 'First Half Over 1.5 goals"

Israel is going to play very defensive today (5-3-2).
