Germany vs Poland by Jose9Reyes

Germany
VS
Poland
Germany host Poland this evening. Germany are currently sitting 2nd in their group and are 1 point behind leaders Poland. Germany will see this game as a must win as it will put them into prime position to qualify out of the group.

Germany has collected 13 points out of a possible 18. Their only loss was away to Poland where they lost 2-0 so they will also be looking to avenge that result. At home Germany has collected 4 points out of a possible 9 and has conceded in two of those games versus Scotland and Republic of Ireland.

Poland are unbeaten in the group and confidence will be very high in the camp. Having collected 14 points out of a possible 18 they have also been free scoring. They have netted 20 times and only conceded 3. Out of those 20 goals, 12 of them were away from home.

I can’t see this game being a walk over for Germany as the odds suggest and feel that Poland are more than capable of scoring as well as keeping it tight at the back. Looking at the handicap market I like the look off Poland +2(1.83).

I have to agree with you here. Since lifting the WC Germany have been pretty average and Poland are no mugs either. Plus the fact, the Poles hate the Germans and this is their "derby" I can't see Germany cruising this game. Good bet.

Hassy LOL, why Poles hate Germans ? I'm Polish and I don't hate Germans. I like them. I hate Putin. I'm not optimist here, for me it's 1:0 or 2:0 for Germany. But Poland will qualify from 2nd place :)
