Trinidad & Tobago vs Guatemala by MagicRat

Neither Trinidad & Tobago nor Guatemala come into the first match of their Gold Cup campaigns in great form.

After a successful Copa CentroAmericana, Guatemala have struggled having managed just one win in their last nine matches since that competition with six losses in those matches as well. Worryingly for Guatemala they struggle to find the net having scored just three goals in those nine matches.

Trinidad & Tobago have a similar problem as they had a very good Caribbean Cup campaign towards the end of last year but in 2015 they have been poor having played three friendlies and lost all three of them without scoring a goal and if you go back to the Caribbean Cup then they have failed to score in each of their last five matches.

Both teams will hope to see this trend reversed but given that this is the first match of the Gold Cup for these two teams there's a good chance that they will be cagey, particularly early on, therefore it may well turn into a game with few chances and fewer goals, especially in the first half.

You have a very good point but i don't see this happening, would rather go for +0.5 in first 45minutes.
