Odd Grenland vs Start by Luca Garzeli

Odd-Grenland
VS
Start
For me, there are no reasons to expect a big win for Odd. Quite the opposite, I expect a close game, with home team trying to take control of the game and failing to create very good chances, and Start waiting for counters.

Hosts had two weeks to re-evaluate their game, after an 8 game without a single defeat, but some questionable results. They drew at home against some low teams, in comparison with the Odd's objectives. 1-1 vs Aalesunds, 0-0 vs Haugesund, and late in April 2-2 vs Mjondalen. Playing away they had a 0-1 win against Sandefjord, a single win far from home in 2 months. All in all, they are far from the form they want to stay, being every season one of the contenders. Injuries, bad form of his better players... everything they want, but every season is the same story, and they never surpass the third position, year after year.

They receive Start, a relegation candidate that isn't playing especially well, however, they are keeping closed games, only being trashed by Molde. They lost some points in the final minutes, but even this results are giving us the green with a low scoring game. Then, this kind of matchs with no specially high scores, stimulate a low margin defeat as I expect.

For guests, center back Christensen is suspended. Hosts have some players doubtiful, but after the international break they had time to recover.

Odd won 4-1 in the last league meeting, scoring 3 goals in the finals 15 minutes, when the result was 1-1. 5 of 6 last matchs, incluided friendlies, finished with 1 goal or less. As I see the game, only a 3-1 result give us the bet lost. I don't expect more than 3 goals or a Odd's exhibition in their current form.
