Brown vs Nishikori by AlexP

Dustin Brown vs Kei Nishikori, Halle, Grass court.

Now the local german Dustin will play on one of his favorites surfaces where he got the biggest win of his carrer last year. It was against Nadal and at this very same tournament. 2 sets to 0! He always said that he wanted to beat only one time the world number one and he did. Besides that fact, he enjoys playing on grass and he is optaining good results. He already played 5 matches and only lost one last week against polish man Janowicz. He is in good shape and that loss was close. He came back with an opening victory against austrians Haider Maurer looking very solid not conceding a single bb.

Nishikori played only one match on grass this season. He beat Thiem in 2 sets with some heavy struggles in the first set which he very luckily took in the end. He didnt found a stable rythem yet and i think that Brown could take advantage of it.

I expect a close match and it wouldnt surprise me if the German Brown with Jamaican roots end up with the upset for the Japanese!

Even so, i like more to take Brown to at least take a set of Nishikori. GL
