Nigeria vs Brazil by Alexis1016

Despite Nigeria played without a lot of key players at 2015 African U-20 Championship like Musa Yahaya, Isaac Success, Moses Simon, Chidibere Nwakali, Wilfried Ndidi or Kelechi Iheanacho they managed to win the tournament after a final against the hosts Senegal (1-0). The coach of Nigeria, Manu Garba thought to not call these important players, but in the end they were called. Garba said in a recent interview they are too good to be dropped, especially Kelechi Iheanacho (It was bought already by Man City after he was the top scorer of 2013 FIFA U17 World Cup), Isaac Success (for his age he played a lot of games in Primera Division for Granada) and Moses Simon (he is champion in Belgium). Most of the players from this squad have won the 2013 FIFA U17 World Cup under the same coach Manu Garba.

On the other hand, Brazil was a little bit disappointing at 2015 South American Youth Championship for their high standards. They finished the final group under Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay. The Brazilian pundits said the main reason was their coach Alexandre Gallo, who was sacked before this tournament. Anyway, the players list was released before Gallo left the team. Important striker Kenedy will miss this tournament due to injury and he was replaced by Malcom. Of course, Brazil still have some good players in this squad like Danilo from Braga, Marcos Guilherme, Gabriel Boschilia or Andreas Pereira from Man United, but it's clear that this generation is not so talented like the others great generations of Brazil.

Nigeria have a very talented squad and most of these players showed that two years ago in the UAE. Of course, now it's another age level, but I think they can make a surprise result here against a Brazil side who is not

Goodness me!! These guys gave Nigeria such odds to win Brazil? I'm sure gunning for this bet.. @3.50? It's like a sure bet. If you had watched these boys play while @ U17, you'll understand what I mean. These guys flogged MexicoU17, the defending champions that had not lost a game in 2yrs, a resounding 6-1.. And if you haven't heard about players like Kelechi Iheanacho, T. Awoniyi, Isaac Success, Musa Yahaya, Musa Mohammed, C. Nwakali, Moses Simon, etc, go look them up.. Even the all-counquering goal keeper, Dele Alampasu (world U17 best) was dropped, ie to show you the avalanche of talent
