Entebbe vs URA by Raymond Fire

Two very different teams.

First the hosts, Entebbe, the clear weakest team in the league.

Last season they very narrowly dodged relegation and now this season they are 100% being relegated.. Its too late for them to do anything about it with very few games remaining and they are a huge 14 points away from the safe zone... Which is a lot considering they only have collected 14 points all season as it is (from 27 games!)

URA have a very weak squad this season, none of their players have been performing up to scratch either.. Their attack in particular has been TERRIBLE. This season they have played 27 games and ONLY scored 11 goals.. That is terrible.. Less than half most the other teams.. and only about 25% of URA's scored goals... A big difference between these two sides.

The home side are also awful at the back.. their defence is very poor and they have conceded a massive 42 goals.. This is over 50% more goals conceded than URA (despite the fact URA had 3 goals conceded added to their tally as punishment).

The hosts have the weaker team in all areas of the pitch, and now lack motivation with relegation a certainty. They have -31 goal deficit this season, which is especially poor for such a low scoring league.

Their home form is equally poor, just 6 goals scored from their 12 home games and they have lost the majority with a 3-3-7 record on their own turf.

They have failed to score in their last 4/5 home games.

They have also now lost their last 4 games in a row, scoring just 1 goal in this time. Their form has been getting worse and worse, their last 10 games ending in 8 losses and just 1 win & 1 draw.

URA already smashed the hosts in the reverse fixture, a 5-0 win at home.

URA are a far superior team.

They have won this league in the past, while the home side are always battling relegation.. URA have a squad which classifies them as potential title contenders and they have had a great season.. They are 2nd top scorers in the league with their very strong attack.. but also a well organised team at the back. Their away form is above average - not excellent - they have an even split of results.. but this game tomorrow is certainly one they can win, against the weakest club in the league.... Who they smashed 5-0 a couple months back at home.

URA will be looking to bounce back to a win after a very tough game. They played 1 of the only 3 teams above them in the table (away from home) and lost. That broke their run of 5 matches unbeaten prior to that, with 3 wins and 2 draws... All to better teams than Entebbe.

Very generous odds here as it should be a no-brainer 3 points for the visitor... Clear better side in better form with a solid H2H history.

Prior to the 5-0 win they also beat this team away from home, in this fixture last season.

If URA win this game, which is currently in hand, they will close the gap to an attainable margin with the team above them (KCCA).. Which means they could get a top 3 finish, overtaking KCCA, their rivals who just beat them 1-0 to end their run.

Good price here, willing to take early just in case it drops before kick off.. would have expected to see odds at about 1.5 for them.

The home side really are very poor for this top league, scoring a goal for them is actually a rare occurrence and as their season comes towards a close they have less than 1/3 of the league points URA do (and URA had some points deducted).

Still never lost a bet in this league.. this looks a good pick to continue that tomorrow, fingers crossed!
