Tottenham vs Manchester C. by Gm112112

Second placed Manchester City (P34 W20 D7 L7) travel to White Hart Lane to face Tottenham (P34 W17 D7 L10) in the final game of the day.

Tottenham have been iffy as of late conceding a fair few bit of goals enroute to winning 2 of the last five. They lost to villa at home and drew away to Southampton last time out. They have scored 9 and conceded 7 in the process. Harry Kane has not found the net in a while and today may be the perfect stage for him to get back on the scoring sheet. Tottenham got a good result at Southampton but I feel that the scoreline did not paint a true picture of the game and they got a little lucky. They have kept just one clean sheet in the last 11 games losing 7 of the last 8 against their current opponents. I dont think they have anything left top play for apart from an outside mathematical chance of making the top4 which is unlikely. Danny Rose is a doubt while B.Davies is a miss for them.

City will be without Toure, Jovetic or Kompany for this game. City have won 3 of the last 5 scoring 11 and conceding 8 in the process. City have been off lately making life difficult for themselves. ATM they need to finish as high up the table as possible for automatic qualification and to get better seading in next years Europe competition(new rules). Aguero has hit some form again which is good news but the team has lost the last 4 away games. Interesting stat : they have never lost 5 since April 2006.

I think City should be pretty motivated, have much more to play for, are the better team and should come out blazing and edge this game
