Leicester vs Chelsea by Gm112112

Leicester
VS
Chelsea
Chelsea (P33 W23 D8 L2) sit pretty at the top of the table knowing a victory at Leicester(P33 W8 D7 L18) followed by victory at home to Palace on the weekend would secure the title.

Leicester have been in a decent run of form which has seen them rise up out of the relegation spots but a lot is yet to be done with a handful of games left. They have won for of the last five scoring 11 and conceding 7. They have been involved in some absolute goal-fests recently although they now come up against Chelsea's stingy defence. Nugent Schlupp and Vardy are doubtful.

Chelsea have won 4 of the last 5 with a dull draw to Arsenal last time out. They have scored 7 and conceded 3 in the process. They are on a 13 game unbeaten run and could matcht their own record from the start of the season. Chelsea currently have the second most potent attack (stat wise) and the second best defense(stat wise again). Leicester have conceded more goals in the first half of games this season that CFC have all season(27-26). Oscar and Remy are definitely out while Costa is said to return. I think Jose will field a strongXI and try to pick up the title @home before the Liverpool game. He could then rest the main squad which has been overworked again this season and give the likes of RLC and other academy stars a start and the taste of some PL football. I did a bit of research and Nigel Pearson has stated that he may play a weakened XI against Chelsea to have a fresh squad against Newcastle.

PICK - Chelsea Win @1.70

Note : With Leicester having conceded so many in the first have. Chelsea having scored the most goals this season in the first 15 mins of games and having scored first in the last 20/21 games the win seems safe. If you wish you may try a smaller stake on HT/FT @2.62

Great work Gm112112, like your analyses very much.
Personally I'm not sure about this game, Leicester are desperat to take points and mabye it's more fun for Chelsea to win the premier league at home next match. What du you think about that?

Btw, isn't the game today?

First off thanks. Yes Chelsea will want to wrap up the league. They need six points. Closest rival Arsenal can score a max of 75. The way Mou set up against United and Arsenal was not to give anything away. Last year nerves set in to the squad and they gave it away. I think they will close it out. They will not want to leave it hanging till the last two games. They go away to to West Brom and home to Sunderland who will be in the thick of it on the final day. Best wrap it up and give the youngsters a chance. Mou keeps praising the likes of Rlc, solanke and co. I think Pearson too has identifie
