WTA vs Alexandra Stevenson by Tennisguy

This is a match from the quarterfinals of the Dothan ITF(clay) tournament between Alexandra Stevenson from USA and Paula Goncalves from Brazil.

This is going to be the first encounter between these two players.

I am going to go with Stevenson here because she has showed me in the two matches she played here that she is in an incredible form. She defeated the nr.1 seeded player Grace Min in the first round 6-1, 7-6(6) and the player that won this tournament last year. After managing such a good and easy win against one of the hardest opponents in this tournament she defeated Olga Ianchuk 6-1, 6-3, a player that had a record of 13-2 before this match. Stevenson seems to be in the zone right now and I think she can defeat anyone in the form that she showed so far.

Goncalves defeated Florencia Molinero in her first match 6-4, 6-1 and then she won against Katarzyna Piter 6-7(6), 7-5, 7-6(6). Her match against Piter was incredibly long match that lasted 3 hours and 39 minutes. I think that Piter will be very tired after such a match and won't be able to handle Stevenson who won her matches easily and is more rested. Also a thing to consider here is the fact that this is green clay which is known to be more faster than red clay so it's not really what Goncalves usually plays on.

I think that Stevenson will dominate most of the points in this math i she performs at the level she did in her previous matches. She will face a tired Molinero and I have to believe she will overpower her from start to finish. Incredible value from Stevenson here and hopefully this bet will pay off. pin

In the 4th paragraf I wanted to say "I think that Goncalves will be very tired after such a match" . I wrote Piter instead of Gocalves sorry for this typing error.
