QPR vs Chelsea by Kamlesh

QPR are still lying in the relegation zone and they are running out of time as there are only few matches left in their bid to secure survival in the Premier League. They have slightly improved their performances as they are undefeated in their last two games with one victory and one draw. Dunne (17/0 d) and Suk-Young Yoon (18/0 d) are both doubtful while Ferdinand (11/0 d), Fer (24/4 m), Faurlin (2/0 m), Vargas (21/3 f), Doughty (3/0 m) and Taarabt (7/0 m) will miss out.

Chelsea are top of the Premier League and they are undefeated in their last ten matches, with three draws and seven victories. They are only four points ahead of second placed Arsenal but they still have two matches in hand. The competition at the top is getting very tough as the other title condenders are not giving up on the league title. Top scorer Diego Costa (24/19 f) is injured and will most likely be replaced by striker Remy (16/5 f) who has performed well in his last two games having scored in both matches.

This is a very important game for both teams. QPR have a poor defence as they have conceded at least one goal in their last seven games. Besides, they have failed to win their last seven league home games with two draws and five consecutive home defeats. Chelsea cannot afford to lose a game against an average team like QPR as they have difficult matches ahead against Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool.

Chelsea will most probably manage to get a victory but they can concede goals as well as they have conceded at least a goal in their last four games in all competitions. However, I'll take a chance on them to win this game by at least a two-goal margin as they have a better attack and defence than QPR.

Chelsea almost stumbled last week and I think that they will drop points multiple times before the season ends. QPR have everything to play for and a win followed by a draw in their last two games has seen their fight for survival gather momentum. They have scored 7 goals in the last two games and with Diego Costa out injured. Chelsea to drop points! DRAW is my call. Good luck.
