Nottingham vs Wigan by TFB
Forest have recently appointed a new manager in Dougie Freedman to replace club legend Stuart Pearce who left after a poor run of form. While i don't think Freedman is the answer, he certainly had the new manager effect as they beat Brighton & Hove Albion 3-2 in their own backyard at The Amex Stadium.
Forest are looking for their first home win in 5 games and there currently isn't a much better team to get this against than Wigan at the moment who are poor this season with only 1 win in 16 matches.
Wigan are a team on the slide and are dropping further and further into trouble. Their current manager, Malky Mackay, is still to put together a run of form since taking charge a couple of months ago as they lie in 23rd position, with only Blackpool below them.
They also only have 2 away wins all season with 3 draws and the rest ending in defeat. Wigan were also weakened in January with the loss of a few of their better players such as McManaman and McCarthy. I think they will find goals hard to come by during the rest of the season.
