Al Wahda managed to win only 1-0 against the weakest side in the league, Ittihad Kalba. Wahda took a early lead after their top scorer from Argentina, Sebastian Tagliabue scored. Then, Wahda missed several chances to double their lead, but they were relaxed in front of the goal. The second top scorer of Wahda, Amer Omar (6 goals) should be back in the starting line-up after he was suspended against Kalba. Along with Sebastian Tagliabue, Wahda have other two good foreigners, Adil Hermach and Damian Diaz.

On the other hand, Emirates Club released Argentina striker German Herrera in this winter and they brought a Brazilian guy, Alexandro. He wasn't impressive in his first game for the club, despite his scored a goal who was dissolved after a foul made by him. He should be starter again, because the other two Brazilians of Emirates, Luiz Henrique and Rodrigo Souza are both suspended for this match. Luiz Henrique took a red card and Rodrigo Souza received his 3rd yellow card of the season against Al Fujairah and he is suspended for this one. The Morocco veteran, Essam Errak should be back in the team after suspension.

Emirates won the last game against Wahda 3-1, but that game was in the League Cup and Wahda not taken very seriously that competition. In that game, was absent Diaz, but Hermach and Tagliabue. Anyway, the Argentina striker didn't played at his full capacity and he was very relaxed in front of the goal. He missed several chances. He should be more clinical right now because the league it's very important for Wahda.

Emirates will have a difficult task without Luiz Henrique and Rodrigo Souza and Wahda can win clearly this one.
