Gimeno-Traver vs Menendez by Topspin77

Adrian Menendez Maceiras plays against Daniel Gimeno-Traver and will see a nice encounter on clay between two players that are having weak positions compared to their actual game play.

Maceiras is able to play better than this 131 ATP spot that he has, though he has imporved in 2014 as position, being somewhere outside top 200 in a certain point.

He has been better on hard, strange for a Spaniard, but as he is a lefty he will put big problems to Gimeno even though he will play on the favoirte surface of his opponent.

Traver is playing poor on any other surface except clay. Here is where he builds his ranking and here will look to secure a presence on Roland Garros on the main draw, actually being on 110.

Traver won 2 times with Maceiras, 2011, both times in long matches.

I see here a very good tennis from the two and a good long match.

On this type of surface the over is always a good choice ... today I'm going on Bagnis!
