Rochdale vs Stoke City by Hovi

This is the last FA Cup 4th Round game to be played, and we have Rochdale, a team playing in the English 3rd division against Stoke City, one of the constant performers in Premier League in recent years, and as of now in the top 30 most richest clubs in the world.

Stoke City has a good depth in their squad to allow a couple of rotations for this game. Up-front they will start will Walters while right behind him there will be Moses, Bojan Krkic and Arnautovic, so a very strong attacking midfield for Stoke City and Walters should not lack supplies.

In the league Stoke City is currently on 10th place, 29 points and coming with good morale into this match as they won 1-0 away at Leicester last round in Premier League. As for Rochdale, they have 3 wins in a row right now, and their last two wins were overish as well, 4-1 win over Crawley Town at home and 2-1 win at Bradford. They are in the play-off zone in League One, 5th place currently, not a bad team at all, just that Stoke City is much more better.

Rochdale defeated Nottingham 1-0 to get to this stage, and they will not be giving this chance go away without a fight, I like the fact that they are scoring goals and Stoke City will make some rotations in defense, but the attack will be strong, and I feel both teams will score but Stoke City will win in the end, as they are having a fine season so far, and after defeating Wrexham 3-1 at home in the previous round, they have another good draw here against Rochdale, and I feel this game should end with 2 or more goals from Stoke City.

The possible results that I am thinking of are 2-2, 1-3 for Stoke City, and my bet is on goals. Over 3.5 goals offer good odds, this is a cup game after all and if Stoke City take the lead, there will be an open game with more goals to come.

Over 3.5 goals.
