Tottenham vs Chelsea by Rahul
Tottenham have been in decent form with 2 draws and 3 wins from their last 5 games, and will be looking to try and put a positive result on the board after getting a nice draw against Manchester United. The only difference however, will be a fresh and fit Chelsea team who are extremely attacking and scored 7 goals for no reply against Tottenham last season.
Tottenham's defense has been leaky despite Lloris being among the top keepers in the league, conceding 24 goals while also scoring 24 goals. They have had a lot of injuries which has chopped and changed their defense not giving them much stability. Compared to the other front where Chelsea have netted a goal in almost every game; and with most of them ready to go after a 3 day rest, it should be business as usual for the Chelsea folk in this game.
Chelsea and Mourinho know that they would need to send out a strong statement to Manchester City who have the easier of the fixtures over the Christmas, and I expect a strong performance from Chelsea to secure the full 3 points in this game.
