Moroka Swallows vs Orlando Pirates by Dajkula

In the Soweto derby Moroka Swalows welcome Orlando Pirates for the 16`th round clash. Moroka is placed 14`th in the league with 15 points and fights against relegation while Orlando is fifth with 22 points and fights for CAF Champions league place. Orlando would have been a title contender if their CAF CL partitipation didn`t leave a permanent mark this season. They reached the finale of CAF CL but have played very unpredicatble in the league and droped points everywhere. Two rounds ago the coach was changed and the caretaker coach Tinkler took the job. In the last two matches Orlando played 1:1 vs favorized Mamelodi and beat Ajax 4:0. It was a good performance in both matches and they should have won vs Mamelodi as they completely dominated in second half. Vs Ajax Orlando was again better in second half and left the guests without a chance. I saw the stats and it was 40: 10 in dangerous attacks and 10:1 shots on target. Coach Tinkler saw that match as a turning point for the season and stresses that the next two matches are a must win.

Moroka Swalows is struggling this season and that is nothing new. They are in decline in the last couple of seasons and a big problem lies in their home matches. With 2-1-6 and 10:16 gd they have one of the worst home stats in the league and facing Orlando again will not help. Orlando won in 4 of the last 6 visits here and will be extra motivated since Moroka won in the last match 1:2.

Moroka lost 5 of their last 6 home matches against the likes of Supersport, Platinum Stars and Pretoria. Orlando is a stronger opponent for sure and in need of points.

The guests have Lennox Bacela(att.4-1) questionable while others should be ready. Moroka has Tsietsi Mahoa (def.12-0) suspended.

The mood has changed in Orlando and they are chasing second place. I don`t know how could an out of form Moroka resists them in this game.
