Marta Paigina vs Olga Fridman by Tennisguy

This is the final of the Tel Aviv 3 ITF tournament between Marta Paigina from Russia and Olga Fridman from Ukraine.

I have to admit that I am a bit surprised that Paigina has played so well and managed to get to the final. She simply crushed all the opposition she had so far in the tournament and I think she is going to be able to take the win in this final also. She defeated Ohana 6-4, 6-1, Nikolaev 6-0, 6-2, Lankri 5-0 (retirement), Shlomo 6-2, 6-3 and Khazaniuk 6-3, 6-3. Her win in the semis against Khazaniuk was really impressive and that surely will give her a lot of motivation in this final.

Fridman played quite well herself winning against Keren 6-0, 6-1, Tatiana Makarova 6-1, 6-3, De Bernardi 7-6(0), 6-4 and Bondar 6-4, 3-6, 6-1. Even though she managed good wins I still think that there was something extra for Paigina if we compare the two.

At these odds I will go for the value bet, and with the one that I believe has played the best in this tournament and that is Paigina.
