Cardiff vs Rotherham by TFB

An out of form Rotherham United travel west to Wales as they face a solid Cardiff City.

Cardiff have won their last 5 home games (7/9 altogether this season). They have some decent wins as well against Nott'm Forest (2-1), Ipswich Town (3-1) & Leeds United (3-1). The Cardiff City Stadium is starting to become a force with a strong record of 7-0-2 this season.

This match is also a chance for Cardiff boss Russell Slade to get some revenge on Rotherham as he was in charge of Leyton Orient when Rotherham defeated them in the play-off final to win promotion to the Championship last season.

Anthony Pilkington is a new injury doubt for Cardiff as he was injured in their victory over Watford but the rest of the squad should remain the same.

Rotherham are currently on a terrible run, this was underlined by their 1-1 draw at HOME to rock bottom club Blackpool last time out. They haven't won a league game in their last 7 away matches with a 0-4-3 record during this period.

The best news for Rotherham is their full back Frazer Richardson is back in the squad but I can't see him having a huge impact on the end result! They simply lack goals with their top scorers only scoring 3 goals this season (Revell & Bowry). Cardiff have scored 12 in this 5 game winning home run.

I think we can back Cardiff with confidence here.

Another bet I like for this match is Cardiff Win & over 2.5 Goals at 3.00 with Bet365.
