Cleveland Cavs vs Wizards by Lloyds

The Cavaliers finally ended their 4-game slide with an easy won over Orlando but now they face a tougher challenge as they host another team from Southeast division, the Washington Wizards. The two teams met quite recently and it didn't go well for the Cavs as they only scored 78 points in that contest. For the visitors this game will be a back-to-back (lost last night to Atlanta at home, 106-102).

The home side look to continue building their defensive identity, which has been the target of the latest media scrutiny. Lebron James said that he is ready to lead this team to the promise land but his teammates must step up. Tonight I expect Kevin Love to have a much better game against the Washington's frontcourt because his inability to play defense was exposed by the Wizards in their last encounter. The Cavaliers also posses a strong backcourt and are loaded with 3-point shooters which is why I don't think Wizards can catch up with all of that. Last night they didn't play well, especially on offense where the team looked disorganized at the times. Washington had 24 turnovers last night and if that happens against Cleveland, it's going to be a long night as Cavaliers have enormous potential when it comes to scoring from fast breaks.

Cleveland desperately want to get back at 0.500 and finish the rest of their homestand in a positive record before going on a difficult 3-game road trip. I expect them to find some extra motivation in previous loss to the Wizards which will give edge to the hosts tonight.
