Czech Republic vs Iceland by Rahul

Czech-Republic
VS
Iceland
Iceland are coming into the game against the Czech Republic tonight sitting at the top of their group; yet to concede a goal against fellow Czechs who are also 9 from 9 at in 2nd due to goal difference. What would be shocking for many to see is that teams like Holland and Turkey who are also in this group; are struggling to make an impact.

Iceland have really played out of their skins so far, and honestly, were unlucky to lose in the playoff and missed out on a spot in the World Cup. They have taken that measured performance and brought them into these European Qualifiers scoring 8 goals in 3 games. On Friday they played a friendly against Belgium, and rotated the squad against a strong outfit but still managed to find the back of the net. Gylfi Sigurdsson has been extremely instrumental in their success netting 4 goals, and he has been in similar form in the league for his side Swansea as well.

Czech Republic you would think would have a better defense with a more experienced organization with Petr Cech at the back line, but they even conceded 2 goals against a poor Kazakhstan team. The Czechs have a reputation of not maintaining clean sheets, and you have to go back around 8 games prior in a friendly against a poor Canada team when they last kept a clean sheet.

Iceland have been in form, and a win here should go to more or less secure their presence in the Euros in 18 months from now, but I just taking a simple pick for them to score tonight (or Czech Republic no clean sheet)

Sorry guys, missed the comments, but yes, it was Iceland to score one goal; and it was done inside 10 minutes too :)

BTTS was a good price, but I just wanted to take something that I felt good about!
