This is a big game for Madrid. After a fairly shocking set of results in December and January, they have gone on a 7 game unbeaten run which puts them still within only 5 points of league leaders Barcelona.

I wouldnt say Real are in scintillating form or anything but it looks like thay should roll over Osasuna tonight who will be bouyed however by their excellent 3-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen in the UEFA Cup on Thursday. Their domestic campaign however has been less than inspiring lately. Just 2 wins in their last 10 games and failing to score in 8 of those 10 games shows why they are languishing in 13th place in the table.

Osasuna have the second worst record for scoring in the league having failed to score in 14 of their 28 games (50%) this season.

Tonight they are without topscorer and on-loan Madrid striker Roberto Soldado. Hector Font and Juanfran are both banned, while Patxi Punal, Javad Nejounam, Ludovic Delporte, Miguel Flano, Enrique Corrales and Raul Garcia are all out injured. The Osasuna coach has been forced to call up four players from Osasuna's B team - Inaki Astiz, Cesar Azpilicueta, Ion Erice and Oier Sanjurjo.

Real Madrid welcome back Roberto Carlos, Fabio Cannavaro and Jose Antonio Reyes, but coach Capello has commented on how well Osasuna can defend and expects them to be difficult to break down, whilst being dangerous on the counter attack.

I can see a Madrid win tonight and think they'll keep a clean sheet, but with this bet we also have the added insurance of an Osasuna clean sheet, should they "park the bus" in front of goal and nick a winner on the break.
