Short preview. Hamburg have picked up some tremendous form since mid February and it looks like they are not backing down just yet. Guerrero, Kompany and Demel will not be available for the hosts… but they have a pretty good squad depth and should have sufficient quality to deal with the currently third placed Stuttgart. Stuttgart’s form dipped a little recently… and they will be looking to build up from their previous home win against Aachen to maintain their current European berth. Cacau, Streller and co can still provide some really dangerous threats upfront… but missing Gentner and Gomez will be a setback for Stuttgart too. Now, Hamburg’s recent form is just too good to ignore… and having a good H2H record against Stuttgart at the AOL Arena, they will be looking to continue to fight for a European berth too. Of course Stuttgart cannot be underestimated… but Hamburg should be able to bank on their home advantage to at least remain unbeaten in this match. Therefore, Hamburg at -1/4 AH will be my choice.
