This kind of handicap is usually offered in Spanish league with medium-low teams in the classification. I think Efes maybe isn’t as consistant as people expect but it's surely a dangerous team. They had 2 awful first games in the groups phase and they need an urgent win to have any realistic chances in the last couple of matches.
