The winter break is close and Leverkusen is doing well at the momement but the success will be higher if they beat Besiktas. According to the Germans this is the most important match of the season.Michael Skibbe explaines his players that this is a must win for them and no other result can name the successful.The coach named the game as a single nock out match and taking the advantage of playing at home together with the support of the crowd they have to win this one.The coach added that they hadn`t played as they should in their previous UEFA matches but they will improve considerably with the assistance of thei fans.Ramelow is stiil sidelined and will not play.The good news is that Karim Haggui and Ahmed Madouni are both fit again with Haggui to partner Juan in central defence.Skibbe will have everybody available.

Skibbe is not expected to make changes on the team because players started to find each other very easely and they have addapted to be together.The coach didin`t make a comment on whether he will play Andrej Voronin or Stefan Kießling up front. Here below i will write the statement of the coach to an German newspaper"“We want to dictate the game from the beginning. We have to be wide awake from the very first second and attacking quickly and courageously. We were terrible in the first 25 minutes of the match against Hertha and we must avoid a similar display against Besiktas.”

Last night all the team sat and watch the tactics of Besiktas dispalyed on the ground , the coach expained that the Brazilians Kleberson and Richardinio are the players to be stoped.

On the other side Besiktas will have diificulties in Germany because if check things statistically we will se that yesterday Fenerbahce progressed to the next tour although they cam back from 0-2 to 2-2, the team was Frankfrut, this shows that already ateam has progressed to the next round and that Turkish teams generally face a lot of difficulties with German teams.As i watch all Besiktas`s matches I can easely say that Besiktas plays a concervative style of football or more distractive fooyball with the cFrench coach Tigana. They are already 7points behind the leader in their local league and i believe that he wiil do christmas in French because i believe that his wife will start packing the suitcases tommorow morning.
