This game is a very hard one to pick,the Warriors are missing a host of players but have been for awhile now,they lose Tate to Origin duty but do get Ropati back in for todays match,the Panthers are missing ony one player but his absence is rather large as Petro on Origin duty this week has been inspirational for the Pathers this season,but I still see the Panthers comming out on top here.

The Warriors really are a tale of two teams,at home there are undefeated this season and have played some good footy at Ericsson this season winning all 4 games ther,but away from Ericsson and it is vastly different with the Warriors losing all 4 of their games by an average margin of 23 points per game,the one bright spot for the Warriors is that they have won their last two against the panthers including here at Penrith last season 20-24,but those wins against the panthers have been few and far betwen in mathes aganst the Panthers.

The Panthers have ben going pretty well really of late,they have won 3 of their last 5 and have alternated wins and losses over there last 6 matches,this is a chance for the Panthers to put back to back wins on the board and even without a Petro and Sammut they still have a very good side that willl run out onto CUA Stadium come Sunday afternoon.Their backline is fast and their forwards have some real menace in them with Pritchard,Waterhouse and Priddis as well as Maivia comming off the bench,they might be missing their leader but I still think with Lewis out there imparticular that they should still win this match.

As already said the Warriors have won the most recent clash aganst the Panthers at Penrith but overall in the last 10 matches the Panthers hav won 7 of those games.

I know for a fact that the Warriors have been training well this week and just talking to a couple of them at trainning earlier in the week they were very up beat and consider themselves a real chance this week and that worrys me as in times gne by a Warriors side looking as composed as that during the week usually show up on the weekend,Rubern and i are old mates we have played together both for Auckland and NZ Juniors and we still get on really well and he is back this week and is also talking the Warriors up,so instead of looking at the winners market this week I reckon the total is a far better option as both teams leak points and both can score them,I fancy the panthers because they are at home but the total is more appealing to me,as both teams conceed more than 64 points a game,I can't get the total yet as it has'nt been released yet,but if you can get it tak it to go over 45 points and up to 50 points,it won't be higher than that and I suggesttaking it,but as I won't be around this weekend and I expect the panthers to win and without odds on the total i'll tip the Panthers - 2.0 with a medium stake,but I will be hitting the overs on this total later in the weekend when the odds are released...Good Luck.
