Another gae with one side affected heavily by Origin and the other hardly touched.

Manly lose only Stewart to Origin duty this week and have won their last 3 against the Broncos,Bulldogs and Eels aftre being belted by the Storm 4 games ago,this matc is also not being played at the Fortress instead it is at Gosford,but I doubt that will affect the outcome of this game to much ,Manly have been very good both in attack and defence over the last 3 weeks and on the season as a whole,the Eagles have only allowed o average in home games 10 points whilst scoring 28 points of their own,Now I know this match is not being played at Brookvale but it is still very hard to give any sort of serious chance to the Cowboys.

The Cowboys have now lost their last 3 matches losing to the Sharks,Souths and Melbourne and have not looked good in their last two losses against the Bunnies and Sharks in fact they've looked plain awful and their defenc ewhich was getting better and held the Storm out for long periods of that match has now gone and in it's place has returned the holes out wide and scoring oppotunitys for opposing sides,add in that Thurston,Bowen,Web and just as Lillyman was set to return he was called into Origin camp also,it's very hard to like the Cowboys at all here and the only thing that couod help them is a Manly side close to full strength completly blowing it in this game and I don't see that happening.

Recent results and its 3 to 1 to the Cowboys in recent times but the 3 wins have all been in the far north while in Sydney the Cowboys lost heavily to the Eagles last season 28-6.but the Cowboys have still won 5 of the last 7 against the Eagles.

To many losses in personal for me in this game for the Cowboys and nothing they've done over the last couple of weeks makes me think they can find a way out of it and even more so with their 3 best players missing,I don't know how the Cowboys will score points in this match and I can see them giving up plenty,the Start on this match is rather large and i don't like trusting Manly with big starts,but this match I will as the gulf in class is just far to much for me to ignore and i'll side with the Eagles to win and win massive...Good Luck.
