Reading enter this match having to win and also need to score a few goals in doing so,but they have not been in form this last moth or so and Derby after a disastourous season will be looking to finish on a high and give their fans some hope for next season,I see this game as being far from aclear cut win to Reading and think that Derby could earn a point today.

Reading sit on level points with Fulham but need a 6 goal win to even get on level footing with the Goal difference wise and plkaying Derby you might expect them to get that,but Reading have been in poor form over the last month or so and are not scoring any goals of their own,Reading in their 5 most recent games have not won any of them,they lost last game to Spurs 0-1 and have had a terrible last month losing 4 to Spurs as mentioned,Arsenal,Fulham and Newcastle,their best rsult was two games ago in which they drew with Wigan 0-0,Reading are'nt scoring goals and have not scored in their last 5 games but they have conceeded 8 goals in their own net.

Derby have been terrible this season and will be looking forward to the final wisthle just to end this hooror season for them,they have not looked likely in any of there games over the last few months and have taken some heavy beatings by a number of teams,they only have 1 win in 38 games with 28 losses and 8 draws,but although they have been losing they do have 3 things in their favour here today against a side in Reading who have it all to play for,1 they are at home and will want to show some spirit here on the last day of the season,2.They have been scoring goals while losing and have scored in their last 3 games against Rovers 3-1,Arsenal 2-5 and against West Ham 2-1 and thirdly they have a great home record against Reading.

Reading won against Derby earlier in the season 1-0 at home but that has always been the case in matches between these two clubs,Reading has won 10 of their last 12 home matches against Derby bt when they travel to Derby the stats change alot,in 11 matches played at Derby Derby have won 6,Reading 2 with 3 draws,In their last two matches against one another played here Derby have won 1 and drawn the other.

Reading are not in form and I like Derby to finish with a flourish here at home,for a while now Derby have been at rock bottom and would love to get some joy out of knocking down another side that will be comming here today expecting a big win,Reading have'nt been scoring goals for a while now while Derby at least have been,Reading can't just win they must win big and that could leave them open at times at the back,I quite like Derby to lay it all on the line and go all out here today and either draw or win and send Reading reeling into the Chamionship...Good Luck...We'll need it!!
