A meeting of two tennis players that are very similarly looking, but nowhere even close to be similar in quality. Fifth tennis player of the world is a huge dog to advance here but I think that the bookies are underestimating Peng here, who simply blew off Craybas yesterday, who is, truth to be told, kind of ready to retire. The Chinese plays worse on clay than on any other surface, but Jelena ain't too comfortable on it either - and that's why I expect to see one pretty sloppy match, with lots of unforced errors and breaks, with Jankovic winning eventually. However, that will surely not be as easy as the bookmakers want us to believe.

In head-to-head duels, it is 5:0 in favor of Jankovic but our attention should be directed towards one fact and that is their only match on clay (same tournament last year) which ended in Peng's retirement, but it was ended after a big fight and her lead in the third set. Other matches were ended with easy Jelena's victories. I really think that Peng should manage to get to 6-4 or better in at least one of the sets today and I personally believe that she will not be an easy pray for JJ, who plays just her second tournie on clay this year and is still readapting on this surface. High stakes because this total, from my own angle, seems really low.
