The Stormers have come from no where to be real contenders this season and this weeks match against the Tahs is the defining match of both these sides seasons,the Stormers and Tahs are both in the hunt but a loss for either side throws them up into no mans land and will be looking for other results to go their way,so whoever wins this match is in the front running for the final place in the Top 4.

The Stormers have won 5 straight and have been near on unbeatable since returning form their road trip,they have now beaten the Brumbies,Highlanders,Hurricanes and Cheetahs by 12 points or less at home and now face their main rival this week to get in front in the race for the Finals,Berger should be back this week and really the Stormers have been winning off of their first halves in whiuch they have excelled in and then have faded in their second halves,but another good first half should see them home against the Tahs.

The Waratahs were beaten last week by a more comitted side really,the Tahs looked good in patches but failed to make their chances count and that has been a major problem for them this season,their defence has been great but their lack of god ball and creativity has not cost them untill last weeks match in which the Bulls just made more of their ball than the Tahs did,the Tahs know what is at stake here and really lets be honest the Tahs have a greatr shot at winning this game,their defence has been great but their attack has faltered,they have a good side but the size and home ground advantage for their opponents may be to much for them again this week.

Recent results and the Tahs have won 2 of the most recent 3 matches including their last game here two seasons ago 26-32,however the Stromers won last year in the most recent game in Sydney 10-16.

This game with next weeks Sharks/Cheifs game are deciding games this season and have been the two matches I have been looking forward to the most,both these sides have very simalar stats both in attack and defence and for me the only advantage is Home Ground,Both sides have it all to play for today and I expect both sides to leave it all out on the field as a loss and the last round hardly matters for one of the losing side,I see the Stormers at home edging what should be a titanic struggle,expect a thriller and take the Stormers by 12 points or less...Good Luck.

A MENTION:Thanks to Lionel,Warren and Paulie who have been great to me this season,I know there is still a few rounds and the Finals to go,but their are times when I feel like throwing it in on doing this and keeping them to myself,but your guys constant encoragement throughout the season has been great,Sorry Warren for not doinan IPL Game last week but I was just to busy,I will do one,but when I can't say,Warren enjoy your trip around Asia and good luck for the remainder of your travels and Lionel it's been good talking to you this season,Good Luck for the future,Thanks Guys.:)
