Liverpools exit from the CL this week could see one of two things happening today,either the Reds will really turn it on and we'll have a goal fest on out hands,or they will struggle to get through this game and ekk out a narrow 1-0 win.

Liverpool will be looking to find some happieness after their exit from the CL against Chelsea mid week,but what can we expect from them, the last two weeeks ahs all been about playing for something and now those hopes are gone so will Liverpool still be up beat about this game,will they even play all of their first team,I'll say yes and that Liverpool will be out to seek some sort of redemption from their home supportters who have been brilliant this season for them.

Cith may not be playing as well as they have been but they can score goals still and have scored 2 or more in their last games a 2-3 home loss to Fulham,3-1 home win over Portsmouth and a 1-2 win over Sunderland,Dunne is expected to return today but Richards is out,City have been playing a good brand of Football over their last few games and if they can start well here today they could get a result,but they have'nt scored at Anfield in 5 games against Liverpool.

While this game looks like agoal fest i'm unsure,City don't go well against the Big clubs and their wins over United their main rival this season has been their only joy against the big sides,I think this game will be a mistake ridden affair and that Liverpool will not be at their best,but I also think that Liverpool can win it and they will take a while but once they get going they should have enough to get home over a City side who may be scoring goals but are letting them in also...take Liverpool to win by exactly 1 goal...Good Luck.
