I've watched the first leg and I can tell it's been an even match and the scoreless draw was fair and square. Honestly I was expecting more fire from the Spanish side, but it's proved one more time Barca's lack of form. Even if several key players were out, Barca looked weak defensively, predisposed to counter-attacks most of the time, and lacked imagination up front either.

The Red Devils instead are out and away the best English team at the moment, and should clearly dominate this shadow of old Barcelona. They are better in every area, starting from set peices which is a major problem for the Spaniards, and ending with their team chemistry. Once it happens for United to take the lead it's going to be even easier as they play even better when they have to defend, the pace of C.Ronaldo and Rooney should make the difference on counters. Please also note that United will have the huge home support on their side, which should give them a real boost, Barcelona never been impressive on the road this season anyhow, still remember their lucky win in Germany.
