Why under ? well Krim is surely capable of going over their lines, but not all the time. Especially agaisnt top opponents like Celje. Just take a look at first game of these two teams:

Same amount of goals I expect here too. Reasons are simple. Celje must not allow trashing since they are in »fight« for second place with Ptuj and surely they have chance to stay there. Krim on other side will finish forst, true, but why should they go into trashing? No real reason IMO. They have new coach now and IMO they will go more into finishing with win than finishing with big margine. Celje in only three games allowed more then 30 goals, one against Ptuj on their gorund, one against Krim (30) and one in Burja game where result was 33-43. So Krim sure won't goe over 35 here, so that leaves 30 goals for this margine to win. Is it possible? IMO it is. To be more sure, let's take a look at latest result from april, when these two teams meet in Cup:
