Kayseri Erciyesspor represented Turkey in UEFA cup as the last years cup finalist this season. They started the season very poor while they were dealing with cup games. However in the second half they started to raise slowly. With consistent performance they are challenging play offs. Karsiyaka, Diyarbakır and Boluspor fighting for the forth play off place. Last week they lost to strong Eskisehirspor on the road and they have to win here.
Katalspor's trend is vice versa. They started season well and they were challenging promotion. However in the winter break duo to financial difficulties they sold some important players. In the second half they showed a poor performance and they are thankful to their first half performance for not to conceded. Except the surprise Giresun win they were usually poor on road games. Last week they made a good came back against Samsunspor from 3-0 to 3-3 but such things don't happen every week.
Uptrend Erciyes have to win here for Play offs and downtrend Kartal is without motivation.
