Match between Mark Williams and Mark Davis

Mark Williams is an outstanding player. Last couple of years he was in very poor form, but this year he is playing more or less good. It's is not the level of snooker he used to perform but it is much better than last two years. What is important he is getting better and better. This is the man who won 16 tittles in his carrier, 2 World Championship, 2 UK Championship and many others. I expect him to perform good in this years World Championship and Mark Davis shouldn't be some big problem to Williams. I would say it's all about Williams in this match.

What to say about Mark Davis?

He is 3 years older than Williams, but did nothing in his carrier. In my opinion, it's big surprise he even qualify for the World Championship. I watched him once, few years ago and he played poor. He had big problems with safeties and with tactic play. As well, his potting rate was low. You can not judge about player on one match, but his results in last two years are very poor. I think that he won 5-6 matches in this 2 years, 8 tops.

To sum it up, I can not see the way how Davis can beat Williams and I think this is a gift from bookies, cause odds 2.10 are to big.
