This is interesting fixture between both in form teams who won their last 3 games. Sochaux have been an impressive run under new coach Gillot who totally changed the team. Now it’s clear that we will see Sochaux next season in the Elite, and its quite impressive since they were in a deep hole two months ago.

St Etienne is finally playing at its full potential and is making a run late run towards European spots. The greens are a typical home team, and as you can see they just won two in a row in great fashion. Only a poor away record prevented them till now to be close to eurocup places, but their lastest performances away from home have showed they that have improved a lot, and in my opinion Matsuidi, who’s finally healthy, has been the declic for them.

Both teams are playing great but I have to go with the away team. Sochaux is still playing a bit shaky at home, as I recall their style fits better on away games. They will miss important midfielder Pitau.

On the other side, Nivaldo and Payet are out but St Etienne can cope with that.

Personnaly I was expecting an even line, that’s why I’m willing to spend some units to back the away side at an interesting price.
