Champions League - Manchester United vs Roma Football betting preview

Well, last week I told you that Man U would win @ Roma. This week, I also like a prediction for this game....

Roma will be without talisman Francesco Totti after he failed to overcome the thigh injury which ruled him out of the first leg. The Italians will also be without defender Matteo Ferrari, who underwent knee surgery earlier this month. Midfielder Rodrigo Taddei believes it will require a superhuman effort for his side to turn around the tie.

In my humble opinion...if these teams played 10 games in a row on a nuetral field, using the golden goal rule to settle and games that ended in a draw after regular time...I think that Man u would win 6 of those games...however, without Totti, they would probably win 7 or so. That being said, Roma knows they are dead in the water here, and I don't fancy their chances of winning today, if anything, they will succumb to another Man U defeat...they are just missing too many parts right now and their confidence is shaken....I like a draw here today, as Man U holds back Roma and any fight they had left in this tie. Man U advances, and I like a draw for this one.
