Hey, mate! I dissagree with your pick. Remember that clay at Amelia Island is quite fast and Llagostera Vives she is used to play on typical 'spanish' clay surface. Besides yesterday she screw up tottaly her serve. (Even I would return such hits) Alona don't convince me in this season and her yesterday win don't impress me much. Caroline is hot youngster that proved her value. In this season she get loss only to real top players and in my opinion she will send off Ukrainian back to home. Well... we will see, my friend... :)

Oh the beauty of Betshoot....2 tipsters with differing views. Competition is healthy, and money is to be had. I am personally following Lordburt, as I know how hard he's been working on his tennis picks. He works pretty much 24/7, and how he finds the time to trawl through womens tennis is beyond me. I know he doesn't post all his tips up here due to massive work time constraints, but he has unearthed some real gems in this sphere of sport, and I for one am happy to follow him in. Good Luck Burt, Good luck Hunter, Good luck Sankekur, Good luck one and all !!!!!

Well, I am just hopping that Bondarenko will not win 2-1. :)that would be disaster. :)good luck everyone!

Personally ive been quite impressed with Alona Bondarenko in patches so far this year, at times she played some very good tennis in her 3 set defeat by Sharapova at Indian Wells. In the 1st round here at Amelia Island she defeated Nuria Llagostera Vives (a player who is regarded as a pretty good clay courter) with easy 6-2 6-0. Here other outing this year on Clay threw up a bit of a mixed bag with 1 win and 1 loss in the Fed Cup. Last year Alona had some very good Clay performances with wins against Kuznetsova, Schiavone, Garbin to name but 3, so does have some form on this surface.
Wozniacki is a player who is improving all the time and has beaten some pretty good players on Hard already this year. A comfortable victory over Parmentier 6-3 6-1 in the opening round is really nothing so get overly excited about. So far in Wozniackis short career her win/loss record on clay looks pretty good but in truth none of them victories have been against what you would regard decent players.
Its a match that could go either way on the day and i believe the 1st set will decide the outcome im happy to take Bondarenko at 4.00 for a 2-0 win for medium high stakes.
