Murphy was more than lucky to win against Ding. HE made numerous mistakes on easy balls, and had a lot of luck on his mistakes not leaving easy balls. Also, Ding had a cold and it was clear he wasn't phisically fit for that match. Still, Ding was better, and only luck made "the fatboy" go through. Selby played AMAZING. He is in great shape, with an excellent pot percentage. Also he had some amazing tactical shots, and he has stopped taking any risks as he was doing last season. Murphy is going down tomorrow and i also believe it will be by more than a frame. Good luck. | |

Both players played well today, for Mark I can even say he played great since I've watched his match. What a great player
it sure is a pleasure to watch him play. I mean John Higgins, the acctual world champion was helpless. As soon as he made
smallest mistake Mark made a century. Really great play from Mark and I hope he will continue to play so, win this tour and
go to the finals on WC because this year is his year for sure.
Shaun Murphy is also having solid year, he won Malta cup, playing well, he is playing too "safe" for my taste, you got to
risk a bit from time to time, like O'Sullivan and Selby. But still he is a great player, made some terrible mistakes when I
watched him, I whink it was the match against Ding Junhui, so if he repeats those mistakes again tomorrow against Selby he won't
go unpunished.
I believe Selby can, and hopefully will win this tour, and since this is semi final match and the game is best of 11 frames, handicap
could be nice here, nice odds too.
