Well ive been rained off work so it means i can start my weekend punting early!!

This Sony Ericsson Open 2nd round match from Miami looks an interesting looking one. The 2nd round here sees the arrival of the 'Big Guns' and therefore value is a bit tricky to find but i quite like this bet.....on paper anyway!!!

I was quite surprised to see Michaella Krajicek as the outsider in this match, Althought when you look at her recent injury problems maybe being the underdog isnt a surprise afterall. A wrist injury has restricted her to just 3 matches this year and shes lost all 3 of them. A 100% fit Michaella Krajicek woud win this match comfortably though in my opinion.

Marina Erakovic's 'year to date' record looks pretty impressive but looking deeper you can see that most of her wins have come against very low ranked players with just 1 or 2 impressive high ranked wins. In the opening round here she beat Martina Muller is 3 sets but offered up far too many 'break points' and if Muller had taken even half of them it could have been a completely different outcome. I remember thinking during the match that id happily 'lay' whoever wins this one in round 2 if the odds are fair.

I think the odds here are more than fair, Krajicek is much the better player and i was torn between the outright win or the 2-0 but as i said a 100% Krajicek will win this and win this well so its 2-0 for me @ almost 4.0

I just hope the wrist is ok and an interview i see on Wednesday didnt suggest she had any problems with it....time will tell i suppose!!!
