Pats are one of the few teams that will be involved in the title fight. They are currently only team with 100% efficiency in three games having won vs Sligo and Galway at home and away against Bohemians. They usually start good and in 2nd part of the season their form descends. Now they have longer bench, good players and could go make a points difference with good winning streak. For this match they will welcome back two players that were suspended in Bohs match - attacker Ryan and defender Byrne.

Bray are team from which i expected more in this first three rounds. Except opening draw with Cork in which they defended for 90 mins they showed nothing. In first home match their relegation rival UCD outplayed them and won 2:0, in last round Shamrock did the same with same result. Pats are a level above them, and Bray will have hard time. Their main problem is efficiency, they just can't score, so far no goals in their three games. In the mid-week they played with Athlone from First Division in Cup match. They also had problems, especially in first half, but eventually won 3:0. Only thing i can say about it is that they finally managed to score, but even poor Athlone's attack made them difficulties. For this match they will certainly miss important defender Doherty which is out from the beginning of the season, same as Foran. Attacker Myler is questionable.

Conclusion: There is quality gap between this two, especially when it comes to scoring. Pats can and will score, while you can't say that for Bray. St. Patrick without any problem should maintain their winning streak against one of the worst teams in the league. I think 1.65 would be realistic odds, but i expect bookies to open around 1.85 (as some Euro based bookies already did). If it was mid season clash we would see different odds, but now bookies still can't decide how to grade Bray. I can say only they are really poor and can't see anything but Pats win
