Snooker Tournament - John Higgins vs Mark King Snooker betting preview

Since betting on snooker sometimes can't be very profitable, because you never know how does the player feel that day :D. It seems kinda funny but its true. Let's take for example today O'Sullivan. He was a big favorite today, and he was expected to win easily since Fu had problems in the wild card round. But guess what, he didn't feel like playing for real, instead of safeties the played impossible shots, and of course lost. Because of that I would like to try something tomorrow. I'll make some kind of a "system" ticket. Since 5:3 is the most common result in best of nine frames, I'll bet on each my favorite to win 5:3. The odds are very nice, all > 5.00 so if I win one of five I will get my stake back.

This is the match between John Higgins and Mark King. (Again,no names).

John Higgins is World Champion,but this year he is not in form as he was last year. Still, he is big favorite in this match. He is maybe the most complete player in the world, the has no really weakness. Great potter, great control of white ball and cue power, great safety player with great tactics. It's only matter if he is in form or not. In the first round he won Joe Swail 5:4, but I must say he was much better player from the two. I watched him a lot this year and in spite he doesn't play best he was very unfortunate in many matches. I don't know why, but almost in every frame he gets an terrible kick or reds doesn't splits nicely for him, so that's one of the reasons why his results are not very good.

Mark King is and average player. 34 years old but with an average carrier behind him. In the first round he won Steve Davies 5:2, but Steve is at the end of the great carrier. However King played well and won that match but against Higgins he will have to play better if he wants to win. I don't believe that will happen and I see Higgins as a big favorite here. Hopefully he will win 5:3.
