It is time for the Swedish playoff to kick off, and the main candidate for the title, Hammarby, who also won the regular season starts at home against 8:th placed GUIF. This should be a onesided affair, but you never know with playoffs. Hammarby went 11-0-2 over the 13 homegames this season, and infront of their big homecrowd thay usually gets the upper hand early. They have 2 players in the greyzone today, Nicklas Grundsten and Tobias Karlsson, who both have a unsecure status. Nicklas Grundsten have been injured, but have been back in training some time now, and should play, while Tobias Karlsson got hit in the head in the internationall tournament in Austria the past weekend, and have complained on headache, but my guess is that he to will play.

GUIF managed to secure a playoff spot in the dying rounds of the league, and this much to the bad play from the teams below, as GUIF lost the to last games, and if Skövde had won just 1 of their last 4 games they would have grabbed the spot instead. I have a hard time seeing GUIF standing upp in this first game away, and now when the going gets tough...the tough gets going. A big win for Hammarby is what i expect.
