After capturing Las Vegas tittle Sam rested for eight days and I think he is ready to climb up in ranks in next big tour. This very patience American impressed in last days by winning few very nice matches, presenting well working serve and calm and succeeding game. Wins over Grosjaen, Benneteau, Canas and over wonderful Anderson now really impress me and I think he will be able to take a close fight against former top player Hewitt who currently is looking his form. Nice performance at Australian Open for Hewitt, but he was playing at home and in my opinion after two months his form will be in little bad row. And we saw that in Las Vegas. Clear win over Safin, but he is more pathetic than he ever was, but also clear loss to Benneteau. Hewitt posses big experience, but I can't see enough speed and power in his game. Nice technique, but also a lot if errors in matches. And opponents errors in something that Querrey like a lot. He is a kind of hidden tiger that is waiting for weak moment to bite your head and finish it quick. He base on good defense and attack only when he have to and in my opinion it is a good strategy to take off Australian star. Two days ago he sent off Horna, maybe the result in games don't look so clear but his serve was very good. Served nearly 12 aces and faced only 1 break point with 90% of winning first serve points it keep me in opinion that he rested and will be a fair opponent for Hewitt who even if he tells that want to return to top isn't ready to do that.
