Quarter Finals of Play-off, Slovan leads 2:0 (6:2, 5:3).

In both games Slovan won relatively easy. Zilina could usually hold only to about half of the match, then they started to concede a lot. In first match they even head 1:0 and 2:1 lead, but Slovan turned it easily to 6:2 victory. In 2nd match Slovan won even easier, although result could trick you. Slovan could rest some players in last period due to high advantage and was controlling whole game.

Slovan is my main favourite for the title, they comfortably won regular season with 16 points difference, they were 2nd best home team, the best away team and if they continue like that in Play-off, no one will stop them.

Zilina hardly managed to enter Play-off, newcomer Kezmarok was their main rival, they managed to stay eight thanks to home wins against Kezmarok, Trencin and Nitra, but didn't played good. In last four games of regular championship they recorded only one win, against poor Nitra that was playing with mixed team as many players left. Zilina lost to Kezmarok, Poprad and at the very end, against Slovakian U20 team in OT. Slovakia U20 till that match recorded only four wins in 33 games and Zilina still managed to concede a lot and eventually lose.

Slovan goes for a win here, this is Play-off and they won't calculate about it. They have quality and motivation to win here and they will do it. Odds by Interwetten are pure value, much higher then average... In Slovakia that odds are far more realistic - 1.55-1.60
