Pacific division leaders Stars are on the roll now, won 11 out of last 13. Adding Brad Richards & Johan Holmqvist from Tampa to their already brilliant squad can only make them a better unit! Last 2 games Dallas played very well I think, beating Edmonton 5-2 and Nashville 6-3. Ribeiro and the Co. are on fire now - quality all across the ice, with everybody chipping in. Stars have lost 1 out of last 4 and that loss came against Calgary who are hot at the moment themselves, boasting great defence and almost perfect goaltending from Kiprusoff and Joseph. Stars are winning this season series Vs Blues 2-1 and tonight Turco will be hoping to improve these stats in a positive way. Turco is 8-2-0 with a 1.89 GAA and a shutout in his last 10 starts. Stars are second in Western conference with 83 points, 6 behind Detroit who have too many injuries to come up with a good result recently. Tonight's match up with Oilers I predict will be a loss too. Stars will be motivated to beat Blues expecting Red Wings to slip up again. Dallas are 19-12-3 away from home and 8-2-0 in their last 10 over all!

Blues have lost last 3 and won 2 out of last 5, these wins coming on home ice. They also have been kept quiet by Phoenix, Anaheim and Kings in last 3 matches, scoring only 2 goals - lack of fire power! Although Manny Legace is tied for 13th for the wins in the league and with 0.914% save percentage doing allright, he's 0.886% against Dallas this season! Leading scorer Brad Boyes has only 2 goals in his last ten games. Paul Kariya fears much better against Dallas and has 4 goals and 2 assists this season. Blues are 12th in Western conference with 66 points and are 18-10-5 at home and are 4-3-3 in their last 10.

Dallas are simply on fire now and know that this game is a big chance to catch up wit Detroit who are awful at the moment and will be so until their top defensemen come back from injuries. I predict this to be a close game with both teams needing points for different reasons. But I think Dallas will prevail time and again. So bet on outright Dallas win and good luck!
